APPOINTMENTS

The purpose of consultation is to find out the underlying cause of your condition and a diagnosis. A thorough history will be taken, orthopedic exam, neurological test, postural analysis, functional movement and Chiropractic examination. Referral for imagery if necessary. You will be then provided with Report of findings and a customised treatment plan that includes: appropriate prognosis and optimum Chiropractic care recommendations. In most cases, Daniel Voth DC will also perform the initial treatment. This may be one of or combination of the following; Chiropractic Adjustment, Active Release Techniques or Bioflex Cold Laser therapy. Your first visit at the clinic may last up to 30 minutes.

In most cases we perform a combination of: consultation and treatment. The min. fee is £110 (depending on your treatment). Currently we are running a special offer at £50. Find more information here.

Normally new patients pay a deposit or the full fee amount prior to their first appointment. However, you can also pay upon your visit at our clinic.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Please, give us 24 hours’ notice to ensure you have a nearer slot for a visit. If you do not do so we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee of £20.

If you do not notify us 24 hours’ before your scheduled appointment, we will try to contact you and re-book you for a later date.  Charges may occur depending on circumstances and case. If you do not turn up at all without a notice and unless there were other circumstances which did not allow you to notify us on time, we reserve the right to charge £20 cancellation fee.

TREATMENTS

We are chiropractic clinic which always performs examination prior to treating the patient. Therefore, during your consultation you will find out which treatment is suitable for you and you will be provided with a customised treatment plan. You may need a combination of treatments.

The chiropractic adjustments are usually painless procedure. Yet if you have had a recent trauma you may experience a mild discomfort due to the inflammation.

The chiropractic adjustments we perform are either manual with some cracking involved or computerised, no cracking applied. Daniel Voth DC will advise on the best solution in your case and inform you prior to performing either of the adjustments.

Our chiropractor will perform his comprehensive assessment and advise if ART is suitable for you regardless what you have been told. Please, ensure you fill in the patient’s form and add any information from your previous doctor/s or chiropractor/s. If are a current patient but have gone elsewhere, please ensure you share this information with our clinic.

Every treatment and healing process is strictly individual to patient’s condition. Upon your visit, you will be advised on recommended follow up appointments. You should follow the instructions provided by our clinic. We will monitor your progress and adjust visits accordingly.

Just wear your normal clothes. If clothing is restricted or you would be more comfortable please bring gym clothes to change into.

PAYMENT AND INSURANCE

We accept the following: VISA, MasterCard, Cash, Personal Cheque, or Direct Debit Payment.

You can make a payment over the phone while booking your appointment or during your visit at the clinic.

We accept most insurance companies. Please, call us today to find out more. Please speak to your insurance provider to find out if your treatment can be partially or fully covered. It is the responsibility of the patient to pay this clinic first and then submit the claim to their insurance company. Our team will assist with the relevant documentation.
